Inflated Gas Prices

Filled up last night in Lincoln, CA for $2.09. Since January 25th as I traveled through Nebraska and Minnesota and California, I have not seen a price higher than $2.49 anywhere, regardless of city or rural area.
Just how long does it take for our community of Ketchikan to use up this "bulk storage"??
