Thank you Jerry Cegelske and others for your persistency in bringing this eyesore property into compliance.

My question is how was the clean-up paid for and what process is in place to recover the cost to the taxpayers.

And what about the house? It looks like a great fire department training burn. Otherwise it stands there decomposing and is an open invitation for vermin and vagrants.
