Competition is good

I would like to commend Mr. Hanger for standing up for himself after receiving such "Bad Person" services from a KPU employee. Most people would just complain about it for a little while and just let them get away with what they did even if friends prod them to do something about it. That is why people who abuse their positions continue to get away with treating people so badly.

As for Barbara Dupea, I'm sure she is perfect and never forgets anything. At least that is the impression I get from her response to you. You know, "cast the first stone?"

All in all it is a shame what happened to you. It sounds like you were being held hostage. I had no problem ending my phone service with KPU and moving to GCI. My main decision for doing so is all the deposits KPU makes you pay for any extra services you want added to your account. Competition is good. We haven't had to pay a deposit yet, even though we have been late on payments a few times.

Sincerely,

Marilyn Catron
