KETCHIKAN BOROUGH FERRY BUS ROUTE

So perhaps someone can determine and advise as to why it is not apparently feasible to consider utilizing the smaller borough buses to include the Ketchikan International Airport and ferry on their regular schedules that cover airline departure and arrival times?

Travelers without automobiles would need to wait no more than an hour to board a bus at the airport terminal and then utilize the bus system, plus a taxi if needed, at a substantially reduced fare without undue delay and unnecessary strain. Terminal to terminal passengers might even be enticed into paying a slightly higher fare for the privilege of not having to haul their baggage back and forth.
