There are some serious problems in the Alaska Department of Families & Youth Services (DFYS), Ketchikan Police Department and the Alaska State Troopers.

Why I say this is because if a non native reports "suspicious behavior" about natives to DFYS and Troopers/KPD there is a full blown investigation with specialists flown in from Juneau.   But when a little native girl is repeatedly molested and harassed in the care of her school for over three months nothing is done.  Conspiracy, gross neglect, and proof by admittance are not good enough for DFYS and the Ketchikan Police Department to look into such a heinous act towards a minor child.

I smell a "witch hunt" for NATIVES.  That is one of the many reasons why "Alaska is the Last Frontier of Racism"
 
This is my opinion and I'm sticking to it.
