Sales Tax

I agree with Mr. Hofeling. The City and Borough can find other ways to fund their projects without leaning on the people. It's bad enough we have to pay an unconstitutional federal income tax on our hard earned money, but we also pay taxes on everything we purchase as well as any surplus in the bank.

Why not just let us have the money we earn for our own personal use, for the betterment of our own lives and the lives of those around us. Imagine the money we could pump back into the economy it we didn't have all those taxes. Just my 48 cents.
