I see where the Tongass Land Management Plan (TLMP) cost the tax payers $23 million, then it had to be redone again at the tax payers' expense. I see this as mismanagement and someone or ones should be held accountable.

If they can't do their job right the first time, then they or the feds should place new people in to do it right. Getting paid twice because that they can't do it in the first place is a gross waste of funds and gross mismanagement.
