Tax Cap Needed

Yes Mr. Rettke, I meant the Statewide Election which PASSED the
New Cruise Ship Head Tax.I know that the Locals didn't pass it
here in Ketchikan.But,the Alaskan Voters as a Whole Did!
If I remember right, Ketchikan
wanted Frank but the majority of Alaskans said GOOD-BYE FRANK!
I have no doubt what so-ever
that Ketchikan AND the KGB will get our fair share of the HEAD-TAX
and City Sales Tax!
Therefore we need to use it
instead of increased property taxes!
We need a TAX CAP NOW!
