I'm writing to say that I greatly appreciated the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of your coverage of last Wednesday's tragic L-39 jet crash in Ketchikan. A friend alerted me to the article on the Sitnews website as an example of fine reporting about aviation matters, and I couldn't agree more. Such reporting is incredibly rare in this day and age, and speaking both as a pilot and a regular consumer of news stories, I am grateful for it.
 
I hope that all involved recover as soon and as well as they can, and join in your relief that no worse damage occurred on the ground. Thanks for your great effort in covering this story.
