Bridge to "somewhere"

Thank you Commissioner Barton for so eloquently saying what so many of us local people see...a bridge to "somewhere."

"We do so simply because the bridges represent major engines for the economies of those areas, as well as the state as a whole. They will connect communities and will provide new areas for both Anchorage and Ketchikan to grow. They are "bridges to the future."

About: Rick Grams has lived in Ketchikan since June of 2000.  He has four children, all of them grown and living here in Ketchikan as well.  Rick is in the process of completing his BSBA with an emphasis in Information Technology and has been accepted into an Executive Masters of Business Administration program.  Rick belongs to the Ketchikan Chamber of Commerce at the individual level and comes from an extensive background of implementing technology in business areas.  Most of all, Rick desires to see year round jobs that provide career opportunities to our local population.
