3rd Ave Bypass
by Robin Moore

I really feel bad for those that live on 3rd Avenue. The people with fences who just received letters demanding them to remove/change their fences at their own expense makes me angry. Some of these residents have lived on 3rd Avenue for longer than any of us can remember, back when it was just a dirt road... Their fences are the only privacy they have from the now steady flow of traffic.

As for the stop sign removal, it is an accident waiting to happen. This is a residental area, our kids should be able to walk to school or play safely at in their own backyard.

I hope that some one can come up with some better solutions than what I have seen so far. For those that live on 3rd Avenue, good luck!
