The Retreat Details
Location
The retreat will be held at Holy Name Catholic Church at 433 Jackson Street. The church is located just down the hill from Ketchikan High School on the corner of Fourth Avenue and Jackson Street.

Tape Policy
Sessions will be recorded and sold with the complete retreat on a CD for $8.00.

Message Center
A center for posting or picking up messages will be provided on the bulletin board at the back of the room.

What to Bring
If your plans include spending the night, you'll need a sleeping bag. We encourage everyone to bring your Bible, pen, and your favorite mug.

Speaker Table
The speaker will have books available for sale and autograph in the book room.

Overnight/Transportation Accommodations
Churches will be available for overnight stays on Friday and Saturday. Showers are available at some churches. Moms with infants will have a separate or designated area. Transportation is available before and after the retreat between your place of arrival and the church. If you need a ride please complete and return the registration form immediately. If your travel plans have you arriving on Thursday, or if you have other special housing needs, please contact Wanda Vandergriff @ 247-8510.

Child Care/Nursery
Childcare is available for mothers who do not have access to any other day care/babysitting. Please try to access your own resources first, as space is limited. There is no charge for childcare, but donations are accepted. Please bring changes of

items. Meals/snacks, beverages, will be provided. Age appropriate inspirational activities are planned for your children. If while attending to your infant you miss a significant part of one of the messages, please contact a hostess to arrange for a complimentary recording.

Prayer Room
A prayer room is available at all times for prayer; please feel free to use this room at any time.

Gift Certificates/Scholarships
Our desire is that no one be excluded due to lack of funds. If you need assistance to attend or if you would like to bless someone by providing for all or part of another woman's registration fee, please see your church registrar or contact Ginny Clay, our retreat registrar at 225-8214.

Silent Auction
Calling all Crafters, Quilters, and Artists! We will have the tables set up for the annual auction again this year. All donated items are welcomed and appreciated. Bring new or homemade items only, no "white elephant" please. This is a lot of fun, so please join in! Funds will be used for retreat gift certificates.
